Retail delivery tiers are confusing on purpose. The cheap one is often threshold-only — the item stops at your front door. We do the whole thing: collection, transit protection, and placement in the room you actually want it in.

Forward the pickup notice
When the store says it's ready, send us the confirmation, the store location and your address.
We collect and protect it
Two movers, blankets, shrink wrap and straps. We photograph the item before it's loaded.

In-room placement is included. Add assembly or old-furniture haul-away to the same visit.

Examples: safes, upright pianos, oversized sectionals.
Mileage is $2 per mile from mile one. Dining tables include the matching chairs at no extra cost, and a sectional counts as one item even when it splits into several pieces.

Who can pick up furniture from a store and deliver it to my house in San Diego?
We do. Send us the store location, the pickup confirmation and your address, and we collect the item from the store's customer-pickup area, protect it in transit, and place it in the room you choose. You don't need a truck, a helper, or to be at the store.
How much does store pickup and delivery cost?
A flat rate by the item's weight tier plus $2 per mile. Under 100 lbs is $120, 100–200 lbs is $240, and 200–300 lbs is $340. Additional pieces from the same store start at $25 because the crew is already there.
Do I need to be at the store for the pickup?
Usually not, but some retailers require the purchaser or a named authorized person to release the order. Policies differ by retailer and change over time, so ask the store when you buy whether you need to add our crew as an authorized pickup or forward a written authorization.
Which stores do you pick up from?
Any San Diego–area retailer that offers customer pickup — furniture showrooms, warehouse clubs, flat-pack stores, appliance retailers and home improvement stores. We're an independent delivery company and aren't affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any retailer.
Can you assemble the furniture after you deliver it?
Yes. Assembly is $100 per hour and the first 15 minutes are free when it's bundled with a delivery, which covers most bed frames, tables and flat-pack pieces.
Can you take my old furniture away on the same trip?
Yes. Add disposal to the same order and the crew removes the old piece while delivering the new one, so you pay one trip instead of two.
Is this cheaper than the store's own delivery?
Often, but it depends on which delivery tier the retailer quotes you and how far the drive is. Retailer pricing changes frequently, so compare their checkout number against our flat rate. What's consistent is that in-room placement is included with us rather than an upsell, and we usually run same-day or next-day.
