How fast can you pick it up?
Same-day windows are usually available when the store releases the order for pickup. Book a 2-hour window and we coordinate directly with the store's pickup counter.
Do you carry it inside, or just drop it at the door?
Inside, into the room you choose — up stairs and around corners included. That's the core difference from most store delivery, which is often threshold or first-dry-area only.
I bought a dining table today and it won't fit in my car. Can you get it now?
Usually, yes. Same-day windows are common for in-store purchases. Text a photo of the receipt and the store location and we'll quote the flat rate before we head over.
Can you collect several pieces in one trip?
Yes — the first piece is priced by weight tier and each additional piece from the same pickup is discounted from $25, with mileage charged once.
