You grant Diamond Hands a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, edit, and display your content in connection with our business.
5. Hyperlinking to Our Content
The following organizations may link to our Site without prior written approval: government agencies, search engines, news organizations, online directory distributors, and accredited businesses, provided the link (a) is not deceptive, (b) does not falsely imply sponsorship or endorsement, and (c) fits within the context of the linking party's site.

8. iFrames
Without prior written approval, you may not create frames around our webpages that alter in any way the visual presentation or appearance of our Site.
9. Moving, Hauling, Delivery & Assembly Services
Diamond Hands provides on-demand moving, junk removal, delivery, and furniture-assembly services in San Diego County. The following terms apply to every booking:
- You must be 18 or older and authorized to schedule the move and provide access to the origin and destination addresses.
- You must accurately describe the inventory, access conditions (stairs, elevators, parking, COI requirements), and any special-handling items at the time of booking.
- You are responsible for securing parking, elevator reservations, and building certificates of insurance (COIs) where required.
- Crews may refuse to move items that pose a safety risk, are improperly prepared, or exceed the booked crew/vehicle capacity.
10. Estimates and Pricing
Online estimates and quotes are based on the information you provide and are not binding. Final pricing is determined by the actual labor time, crew size, vehicle, materials, and any additional services performed. Hourly services begin when the crew arrives at the origin and end when the crew completes the job at the destination.
Minimum hour charges, double-drive time (where required by California law), travel fees, fuel surcharges, stair carries, long carries, packing materials, and waste-disposal fees may apply and will be disclosed before they are incurred whenever practical.
11. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit and debit cards. A valid payment method is required to confirm your booking. By providing a payment method, you authorize Diamond Hands to charge it for all amounts owed under your booking, including additional time, materials, or services performed at your request.
Tips for the crew are appreciated but never required.
12. Cancellation and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time at no charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start may incur a cancellation fee equal to one (1) hour of the booked crew rate. No-shows may be charged the minimum-hour fee.
Diamond Hands may reschedule a job if conditions make the move unsafe (e.g., severe weather, wildfire evacuation, building access issues). We will work with you to find the next available window at no penalty.
13. Damage Claims and Liability
Diamond Hands carries cargo and general liability insurance that includes damage protection of up to $1,000,000 per booking, subject to policy terms, exclusions, and deductibles. By default, household-goods coverage is provided in accordance with California Public Utilities Commission Maximum Rate Tariff 4 (MAX 4), which provides released-value protection of $0.60 per pound per article unless higher valuation is purchased in writing before the move.
All damage claims must be reported in writing to support@dhmove.com within seven (7) days of the date of service and must include photos, a description of the damage, and the booking number. Items not properly disclosed, items packed by the customer (PBO), items of extraordinary value not declared in writing in advance, plants, perishables, hazardous materials, cash, jewelry, and important documents are excluded from coverage.
14. Prohibited Items
We do not transport hazardous, flammable, explosive, corrosive, or illegal materials, including but not limited to: gasoline, propane, paint, fireworks, firearms, ammunition, controlled substances, live animals, and perishables. You are responsible for disposing of these items prior to the move. If we discover prohibited items during a job, we may refuse to load them and may end the job at our discretion.
15. Junk Removal and Disposal
Junk-removal items are recycled, donated, or disposed of in accordance with applicable San Diego County and California regulations. Some items (e.g., mattresses, electronics, tires, appliances containing refrigerant) carry disposal surcharges that will be quoted before pickup. We do not accept hazardous waste; please contact your local household hazardous-waste facility.
16. Assembly Services
Assembly services are performed in accordance with manufacturer instructions when provided. We are not responsible for missing parts, defects in materials, or the structural integrity of items not designed for the intended use. Customer is responsible for ensuring all parts and instructions are present at the time of service.
17. Content Liability
We shall not be held responsible for any content that appears on third-party websites that link to or from our Site. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that arise out of or are based on your use of the Site or any content you submit.

21. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or our services is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim, or (b) the limits of our applicable insurance policy. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
22. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Diamond Hands and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
23. Governing Law and Venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the Site or our services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
24. Severability
If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
