Diamond Hands employees — W-2 crew in company shirts, on our own insured trucks. We do not subcontract your delivery to a gig app driver, so the same faces show up on a recurring account.
Can you deliver under our store's name?
Our crew arrives in Diamond Hands shirts on marked trucks — we're an independent delivery company, not a white-label of your store. We introduce ourselves as your delivery team and represent your sale professionally, and we'll follow any script or paperwork you want us to carry.
What about multiple pieces on one run?
Extra pieces on the same trip are discounted: below 50 lbs at $25 each, 50–200 lbs at $100 each, 200–300 lbs at $200 each.
Can the crew assemble on site?
Assembly in San Diego is $100/hour, billed in 15-minute increments. The first 15 minutes are free when it's on the same visit as a delivery; standalone assembly has a 1-hour minimum.
Can the old pieces leave on the same trip?
Yes. Delivery and haul-away are one booking and one trip. Disposal in San Diego is priced by the weight of what leaves and starts at $150: 0–150 lbs is $150, 150–250 lbs is $240, and 250+ lbs is $2/lb plus a $100 landfill fee per 300 lbs. Send photos and you'll have the exact total before the truck rolls. We donate or recycle first wherever the piece is still usable.
How does mileage work across the county?
Mileage in San Diego is $2/mile from mile one, measured on the actual road route between pickup and drop-off and shown in your quote before you book.
