No. There is no stair fee and no long-carry fee. A third-floor walk-up costs the same as a ground-floor unit.
Can you send photo documentation for a deposit claim?
Yes. We send before-and-after photos of the cleared area and an itemized invoice the same day, so the charge is documented when the tenant asks.
Can you work from a lockbox without someone on site?
Yes, when you authorize it in writing with the booking. We confirm arrival and departure with timestamped photos.
What happens to the furniture?
Usable pieces go to donation or recycling first. Only what nobody can take goes to the landfill, and landfill fees are shown separately so you can see exactly what you're paying for.
Who actually shows up?
Diamond Hands employees — W-2 crew in company shirts, on our own insured trucks. We do not subcontract your delivery to a gig app driver, so the same faces show up on a recurring account.
How does mileage work across the county?
Mileage in San Diego is $2/mile from mile one, measured on the actual road route between pickup and drop-off and shown in your quote before you book.
