For stagers & real estate teams

Staging delivery and de-staging in San Diego.
In for the photos, out on close.

Your inventory moves from warehouse to listing and back on a schedule set by photographers and escrow. We load, place to your plan, and come back for the pull-out — with a crew that treats a staged sofa like it has to sell twice.

Why home stagers call us

The part of the job nobody wants to own.

Photo day doesn't move

If the sofa isn't in the room by the time the photographer arrives, the listing slips a week.

Damaged inventory is lost revenue

Every scuffed piece is a piece you can't stage again. Blanket wrap isn't optional on staging stock.

De-staging is always last-minute

Close dates move. You need a crew that can turn around a pull-out on short notice.

What we handle

Home Staging Delivery — end to end.

Warehouse load-outs

We pull from your storage unit or warehouse and load in the order the rooms get staged.

Placement to your plan

Room-by-room placement from your plan or reference photos, ready for the photographer.

De-staging and return

Pieces wrapped, loaded and returned to your inventory space after close.

Careful handling on rental stock

Blanket wrap, corner protection and photos at load and unload.

Same-day and next-day windows when a close date or photo shoot moves.

The seller's pieces can go to disposal or storage on the same trip.

FAQ

Home Staging Delivery in San Diego — questions we get.

How is a commercial job priced?

The same way every job is priced: flat by the weight of the piece, plus $2/mile from mile one on the real road route. Delivery in San Diego is a flat rate by item weight and starts at $120: 0–100 lbs is $120, 100–200 lbs is $240, 200–300 lbs is $340, and anything over 300 lbs is $2/lb. Mileage is $2/mile from mile one. You see the exact total in the booking form before you confirm.

Do you set up recurring accounts for staging companies?

Yes — that's the work we want. Call 619-738-4540 and ask for Oscar with your typical volume, piece types and the windows you need. We'll confirm the scheduling and billing setup that fits before the first run, so you're not re-quoting every job.

Can you handle both the stage and the de-stage?

Yes, and most accounts book both. The de-stage is priced the same flat way — by piece weight plus mileage — and we return everything to your warehouse or storage unit.

How do you protect rental inventory?

Every piece is blanket-wrapped and shrink-wrapped for the ride, corners are protected, and we photograph pieces at load and at placement so condition is documented both directions.

Can the seller's furniture go out on the same trip?

Yes. Disposal in San Diego is priced by the weight of what leaves and starts at $150: 0–150 lbs is $150, 150–250 lbs is $240, and 250+ lbs is $2/lb plus a $100 landfill fee per 300 lbs. Send photos and you'll have the exact total before the truck rolls.

What about multiple pieces on one run?

Extra pieces on the same trip are discounted: below 50 lbs at $25 each, 50–200 lbs at $100 each, 200–300 lbs at $200 each.

Who actually shows up?

Diamond Hands employees — W-2 crew in company shirts, on our own insured trucks. We do not subcontract your delivery to a gig app driver, so the same faces show up on a recurring account.

How does mileage work across the county?

Mileage in San Diego is $2/mile from mile one, measured on the actual road route between pickup and drop-off and shown in your quote before you book.

The same placement standard applies to homeowner orders — our white-glove delivery service page details protection, room placement, assembly and packaging removal.
