How is a commercial job priced?
The same way every job is priced: flat by the weight of the piece, plus $2/mile from mile one on the real road route. Delivery in San Diego is a flat rate by item weight and starts at $120: 0–100 lbs is $120, 100–200 lbs is $240, 200–300 lbs is $340, and anything over 300 lbs is $2/lb. Mileage is $2/mile from mile one. You see the exact total in the booking form before you confirm.
Do you set up recurring accounts for retail and e-commerce brands?

Do you offer threshold and room-of-choice service levels?
Yes. Tell us the service level per order: threshold (just inside the door), room of choice, or full placement with assembly and debris removal. The flat rate covers carrying the piece to the room — there is no stair fee at any level.
Can you pick up from a freight terminal or 3PL?
Yes. We recover from freight terminals, cross-docks, 3PL warehouses and your own storage, then run the final leg into the customer's home.
What proof of delivery do we get?
Timestamped photos at placement plus the delivery confirmation, sent back to your team the same day so it can go straight onto the order record.
Can you handle a return on the same visit?
Yes. A damaged or wrong item can go back on the truck at delivery, and we return it to the pickup point or dispose of it, whichever you instruct.
What about multiple pieces on one run?
Extra pieces on the same trip are discounted: below 50 lbs at $25 each, 50–200 lbs at $100 each, 200–300 lbs at $200 each.
Who actually shows up?
Diamond Hands employees — W-2 crew in company shirts, on our own insured trucks. We do not subcontract your delivery to a gig app driver, so the same faces show up on a recurring account.
How does mileage work across the county?
Mileage in San Diego is $2/mile from mile one, measured on the actual road route between pickup and drop-off and shown in your quote before you book.
