How do I get a quote?+
The fastest way is to text photos to 619-738-4540. You can also fill out the booking form. We'll reply with an exact flat rate based on item weight, mileage, and any add-ons like assembly or disposal.
How is pricing calculated?+
Delivery is a flat rate by weight: 0–100 lbs is $120, 100–200 lbs is $240, 200–300 lbs is $340, and anything over 300 lbs is $2/lb. Disposal is 0–150 lbs is $150, 150–250 lbs is $240, and 250+ lbs is $2/lb plus a $100 landfill fee per 300 lbs. Assembly is $100/hour, billed in 15-minute increments. The first 15 minutes are free when it's on the same visit as a delivery; standalone assembly has a 1-hour minimum.. Mileage is $2/mile from mile one, measured on the actual road route between pickup and drop-off and shown in your quote before you book..

A Diamond Hands crew — background-checked, insured, and employed or contracted by us. We do not send random marketplace movers. The crew size and vehicle are chosen by us based on the job.
Do I need to download an app?+
No. Book on the website, text us, or call 619-738-4540. Everything is handled by real humans who can answer questions and adjust details on the spot.
Can I combine delivery, disposal, and assembly?+
Yes. Add haul-away or on-site assembly to any delivery and we'll bundle it into one flat price and one trip. Assembly includes the first 15 minutes free when bundled with delivery.
How soon can you come?+
We offer same-day and next-day arrival windows across San Diego County when slots are open. Weekends and end-of-month dates fill up fastest, so booking a few days ahead is recommended.
What areas do you serve?+
All of San Diego County — from La Jolla and Pacific Beach to Chula Vista, Escondido, Poway, Carlsbad, Del Mar, and everywhere in between. We do not offer long-distance moves outside the county.
Are you licensed and insured?+
Diamond Hands carries general liability, cargo, and workers' compensation coverage. Our Trust page lists the permit number and certificates, with a link to check current license status.
What if something gets damaged?+
Every job is covered by $1M general liability + $100K cargo insurance. If anything is damaged, contact us directly and we'll handle the claim quickly.
