Flat rate by the item's weight tier plus $2 per mile. Pieces under 100 lbs start at $120. A sofa, dresser or dining table in the 100–200 lb tier is $240. Add a second piece from the same pickup from $25. You see the exact total before you book.
How fast can you pick it up?
Same-day windows are usually available when the store releases the order for pickup. Book a 2-hour window and we coordinate directly with the store's pickup counter.
Do you carry it inside, or just drop it at the door?
Inside, into the room you choose — up stairs and around corners included. That's the core difference from most store delivery, which is often threshold or first-dry-area only.
I bought a whole living room set. How is that priced?
The first piece is priced by its weight tier, and each additional piece from the same pickup is discounted from $25 — plus $2 per mile once. Whole-room orders in one trip are the cheapest way to do it.
Can you take the old sofa and bed when you deliver the new set?
Yes — add disposal to the booking and the outgoing furniture leaves on the same trip. Disposal is priced by the same flat weight-tier system, so you see the full total upfront.
