Flat rate by the item's weight tier plus $2 per mile. Pieces under 100 lbs start at $120. A sofa, dresser or dining table in the 100–200 lb tier is $240. Add a second piece from the same pickup from $25. You see the exact total before you book.
How fast can you pick it up?
Same-day windows are usually available when the store releases the order for pickup. Book a 2-hour window and we coordinate directly with the store's pickup counter.
Do you carry it inside, or just drop it at the door?
Inside, into the room you choose — up stairs and around corners included. That's the core difference from most store delivery, which is often threshold or first-dry-area only.
How do you protect an oiled solid-wood table?
Moving blankets first, then shrink wrap over the blankets — never plastic directly against an oiled finish. Tops travel padded and strapped, and legs come off when the piece is designed for it.
Is a heavy hardwood piece priced differently?
Pricing is by actual weight tier, so a dense hardwood sideboard prices higher than a lightweight piece of the same size. You get the exact flat rate — plus $2 per mile — before booking.
