How much does CB2 furniture delivery cost with Diamond Hands?
Flat rate by the item's weight tier plus $2 per mile. Pieces under 100 lbs start at $120. A sofa, dresser or dining table in the 100–200 lb tier is $240. Add a second piece from the same pickup from $25. You see the exact total before you book.
How fast can you pick it up?
Same-day windows are usually available when the store releases the order for pickup. Book a 2-hour window and we coordinate directly with the store's pickup counter.
Do you carry it inside, or just drop it at the door?
Inside, into the room you choose — up stairs and around corners included. That's the core difference from most store delivery, which is often threshold or first-dry-area only.
Can you deliver into a downtown high-rise or condo?
Regularly. We handle certificates of insurance when the building requires one, book elevator windows, and work the loading-dock rules that downtown and UTC-area towers ask for.
How do you protect a lacquer or brass finish?
Blankets against the finish, wrap over the blankets, and gloves on delicate metal. Nothing is dragged, and we photograph pieces at pickup and placement so condition is documented at both ends.
