How much does Room & Board furniture delivery cost with Diamond Hands?
Flat rate by the item's weight tier plus $2 per mile. Pieces under 100 lbs start at $120. A sofa, dresser or dining table in the 100–200 lb tier is $240. Add a second piece from the same pickup from $25. You see the exact total before you book.
How fast can you pick it up?
Same-day windows are usually available when the store releases the order for pickup. Book a 2-hour window and we coordinate directly with the store's pickup counter.
Do you carry it inside, or just drop it at the door?
Inside, into the room you choose — up stairs and around corners included. That's the core difference from most store delivery, which is often threshold or first-dry-area only.
How is this different from the store's white-glove delivery?
Same in-room result, but on your schedule and priced flat by weight instead of by order value. We're also the option for warehouse or terminal collection, second-home deliveries and moves between homes.
Can you move Room & Board furniture I already own to a new place?
Yes — single-item and small-load moves are the core of what we do. Flat rate by weight tier plus $2 per mile, with the same padding and in-room placement.
