How much does Lovesac furniture delivery cost with Diamond Hands?
Flat rate by the item's weight tier plus $2 per mile. Pieces under 100 lbs start at $120. A sofa, dresser or dining table in the 100–200 lb tier is $240. Add a second piece from the same pickup from $25. You see the exact total before you book.
How fast can you pick it up?
Same-day windows are usually available when the store releases the order for pickup. Book a 2-hour window and we coordinate directly with the store's pickup counter.
Do you carry it inside, or just drop it at the door?
Inside, into the room you choose — up stairs and around corners included. That's the core difference from most store delivery, which is often threshold or first-dry-area only.
Can you set up the Sactional, not just deliver it?
Yes — setup is the main reason people call us for Lovesac. first 15 minutes of assembly free with delivery, then $100/hour. A large multi-seat configuration with covers usually runs past the free window and is billed hourly at $100/hour.
My boxes already arrived. Can you just build it?
Yes — book assembly on its own at $100/hour. We'll bring the boxes to the room, assemble the configuration, fit the covers and take the cardboard with us.
