How much does Wayfair furniture delivery cost with Diamond Hands?
Flat rate by the item's weight tier plus $2 per mile. Pieces under 100 lbs start at $120. A sofa, dresser or dining table in the 100–200 lb tier is $240. Add a second piece from the same pickup from $25. You see the exact total before you book.
How fast can you pick it up?
Same-day windows are usually available when the store releases the order for pickup. Book a 2-hour window and we coordinate directly with the store's pickup counter.
Do you carry it inside, or just drop it at the door?
Inside, into the room you choose — up stairs and around corners included. That's the core difference from most store delivery, which is often threshold or first-dry-area only.
My Wayfair boxes are already sitting in the garage. Can you just assemble them?
Yes — that's an assembly-only booking, billed at $100/hour. We carry the boxes to the room, build the piece, level it and take the packaging with us.
Can you pick up a Wayfair freight item from the terminal?
Yes. If the carrier wants you to collect at a local terminal or will-call dock, send us the pickup paperwork and address and we'll handle the collection and the delivery into your home.
