How much does Pottery Barn furniture delivery cost with Diamond Hands?
Flat rate by the item's weight tier plus $2 per mile. Pieces under 100 lbs start at $120. A sofa, dresser or dining table in the 100–200 lb tier is $240. Add a second piece from the same pickup from $25. You see the exact total before you book.
How fast can you pick it up?
Same-day windows are usually available when the store releases the order for pickup. Book a 2-hour window and we coordinate directly with the store's pickup counter.
Do you carry it inside, or just drop it at the door?
Inside, into the room you choose — up stairs and around corners included. That's the core difference from most store delivery, which is often threshold or first-dry-area only.
Can you deliver a large sectional into an upstairs room?
Yes — stairs are part of the job, not a surcharge surprise. Tell us about the staircase when you book (turns, landings, railings) so we send the right crew.
Will you assemble the bed and dresser too?
Yes. first 15 minutes of assembly free with delivery, then $100/hour. Bed frames and nightstands usually fit the free window; wall units and modular systems are hourly.
