How much does Ashley furniture delivery cost with Diamond Hands?
Flat rate by the item's weight tier plus $2 per mile. Pieces under 100 lbs start at $120. A sofa, dresser or dining table in the 100–200 lb tier is $240. Add a second piece from the same pickup from $25. You see the exact total before you book.
How fast can you pick it up?
Same-day windows are usually available when the store releases the order for pickup. Book a 2-hour window and we coordinate directly with the store's pickup counter.
Do you carry it inside, or just drop it at the door?
Inside, into the room you choose — up stairs and around corners included. That's the core difference from most store delivery, which is often threshold or first-dry-area only.
Does Ashley take away your old furniture?
Ashley's own delivery sometimes offers removal of the single piece being replaced, and terms vary by store and order — confirm with them. If it isn't offered, or you want the old sofa gone the same visit, we haul it away on the same trip and donate what's reusable.
Can you deliver and assemble a full bedroom set?
Yes — bed, dresser, mirror and nightstands in one trip. Delivery is flat-rate by weight tier; assembly is $100/hour with the first 15 minutes free.
Can I get same-day furniture delivery in San Diego from Ashley?
If the store can release your order for pickup, we can usually deliver it the same or next day. Confirm the pickup release with the store, then send us the order details and we'll quote the flat rate.
