How much does RH furniture delivery cost with Diamond Hands?
Flat rate by the item's weight tier plus $2 per mile. Pieces under 100 lbs start at $120. A sofa, dresser or dining table in the 100–200 lb tier is $240. Add a second piece from the same pickup from $25. You see the exact total before you book.
How fast can you pick it up?
Same-day windows are usually available when the store releases the order for pickup. Book a 2-hour window and we coordinate directly with the store's pickup counter.
Do you carry it inside, or just drop it at the door?
Inside, into the room you choose — up stairs and around corners included. That's the core difference from most store delivery, which is often threshold or first-dry-area only.
Can you move an RH Cloud sectional or oversized sofa?
Yes — oversized and modular sectionals are some of the heaviest pieces we move, and they're quoted by actual weight tier, so you get the real number before we roll. Modular pieces travel as separate components and are reassembled in the room.
Is high-value furniture insured during delivery?
Every booking carries the same coverage, detailed on our trust page. We also photograph pieces at pickup and placement so condition is documented at both ends.
