How much does West Elm furniture delivery cost with Diamond Hands?
Flat rate by the item's weight tier plus $2 per mile. Pieces under 100 lbs start at $120. A sofa, dresser or dining table in the 100–200 lb tier is $240. Add a second piece from the same pickup from $25. You see the exact total before you book.
How fast can you pick it up?
Same-day windows are usually available when the store releases the order for pickup. Book a 2-hour window and we coordinate directly with the store's pickup counter.
Do you carry it inside, or just drop it at the door?
Inside, into the room you choose — up stairs and around corners included. That's the core difference from most store delivery, which is often threshold or first-dry-area only.
Can you assemble my West Elm bed after delivering it?
Yes. First 15 minutes of assembly free with delivery, then $100/hour. Most platform beds and nightstands fit inside the free window; larger wall units are billed hourly.
The store's delivery date is two weeks out. Can you do it sooner?
If West Elm can release the order for pickup, we can usually deliver it the same or next day. Ask the store about a customer-pickup release, then text us the order confirmation.
