The situation
Classic Marketplace problem: the buyer had no truck, the seller wanted the sofa gone that day, and the listing said 'must pick up today or I relist.'
The buyer was at work during the seller's window, so the pickup had to happen without the buyer present.
What the crew did
The buyer texted us the listing photo and the two addresses. We priced it from the photo and booked a same-day window.
We coordinated the pickup directly with the seller by text, confirmed the item against the listing photo before loading, and sent the buyer a photo from the seller's garage.
Delivery went to a ground-floor Pacific Beach unit, sofa placed where the buyer asked in their text.
