Two numbers decide it: the couch's diagonal depth (from the top back corner to the front edge of the seat) and the narrowest opening on the path — including interior doors and the tightest stair turn. If the diagonal depth is bigger than that opening, the couch goes in on its side, the legs come off, or it doesn't fit. Check before money changes hands.

The steel pull-out mechanism can add around 80 lbs over an identical-looking non-sleeper, which often moves it into a heavier weight tier. Send a photo and we'll place it in the right tier before you book.

Yes. Delivery and haul-away are one booking and one trip. Disposal is priced by the weight of what leaves, starting at $150, and we donate or recycle first wherever the piece is still usable.

Extra pieces on the same trip are discounted: below 50 lbs at $25 each, 50–200 lbs at $100 each, 200–300 lbs at $200 each.
